Communication Strategies

Morganti & Associati focuses on customer satisfaction through the pursuit of quality services offered. It periodically provides feedback on the status of cases in order to keep clients constantly updated.

The execution of the assignment also includes the activity of reporting data and information on the status of cases throughout the entire process of case management, namely: strategic planning, operational development, case study phase, development of the "defensive strategy," drafting of documents, organization of legal activities, auditing and follow-up activities, to monitor the status of management and periodically report to the client. The Firm periodically and consistently reviews the solutions adopted to evaluate any improvement interventions.

Pursuing a client-oriented perspective, Morganti & Associati has structured case management activities by interpreting the client's needs to propose diversified solutions shared with the client. The Firm periodically discusses with the client regarding the strategic solutions to be adopted and the management models concerning the service offered.

Within this monitoring process, the Firm carries out a complex quality control activity. This activity is divided into two phases: an ex-ante investigation phase regarding the "expected quality" from the client and an ex-post investigation phase to detect the actual customer satisfaction. In this way, the Firm is committed to establishing a lasting and successful relationship with its clients.

Performance and Improvement

In order to ensure the continuity and efficiency of internal organizational procedures, Morganti & Associati uses various methods aimed at identifying and managing risks that may affect the regular course of professional activities.

The value of "continuous improvement" of performance has required the definition of methods to control all its activities over time, the development of analysis systems, planned measurement and control, as diagnostic and analytical tools capable of providing a picture of the performance situation, identifying potential improvement margins, and, where necessary, intervention areas.

Morganti & Associati's performance measurement is carried out through the elaboration of the workflow, the selection of indicators useful for analysis, monitoring and control of assignments in their current and prospective progress, integrated management of assignments with the firm's management, reporting, and finally, the adoption of appropriate corrective actions, if necessary.

The activity carried out is also subject to periodic external audit checks by insurance companies. In order to meet the quality standards required by current regulations, Morganti & Associati uses resources belonging to other company structures to verify the adequacy of its organization and internal procedures adopted.

Human Resources and Professional Growth

This commitment includes promoting training courses, internal mentoring activities, and encouraging academic research aimed at drafting legal writings in the areas of expertise of the Law Firm.

In this context, the Law Firm has promoted over the years various secondments of its professionals to leading clients in the Italian and international (especially English) contexts.

Morganti & Associati organizes in a planned and systematic manner the factors that most influence overall performance, ensuring optimization, including in terms of cost reduction, of services provided to the client.

In this perspective, the Firm takes into consideration the following evaluation elements:

• choice of systems and tools;

• definition of priorities from an efficiency perspective (i.e. ratio between actual activities and planned activities);
