Avv. David Morganti
After graduating in Law from the University of Rome La Sapienza, with a thesis in Commercial Law focused on "Community Legislation in Insurance Matters", he gained experience as an assistant professor at the Chair of Commercial Law at both the University of Rome La Sapienza and the University of Teramo.
In 1985, he secured a research contract from LUISS University, specializing in Insurance Law. Prior to establishing his own practice, he accumulated valuable experience in the legal departments of prominent Italian insurance companies and public insurance institutes.

In 1986, he founded Morganti & Associati, specializing in providing legal assistance to leading insurers, reinsurers, and insurance intermediaries, with a strong focus on the English market. Over the years, he has overseen various aspects of the firm's operations, including establishing General Representatives in Italy and secondary offices of foreign insurers. He has been instrumental in handling complex issues such as portfolio acquisitions and litigation management. Additionally, he has been actively involved in the legal representation of insurance intermediaries and has expanded the firm's expertise into areas such as banking law, labor law, corporate and commercial law, and obligations and contracts law.
He holds positions on the board of directors of major commercial companies and chairs supervisory bodies in compliance with legislative decrees.
